If Oozaru Goku has a speed of 8,000, this is like SSJG3 trunks vs cell, expect with a way bigger speed difference.

My bad, he did use Taiyoken, but he also was able to keep up before he used it and before he shot Vegeta in the eye. Vegeta only got him while he was distracted, and they were close in speed to begin with. Just imagine the gap in speed between someone of 8k and someone of 60k.

However, based purely on a power advantage, Goku would win. But his uncontrollable nature in Oozaru definitely helps Ginyu. A close one, though.
